I had been a customer for over a year and had very much enjoyed and been very grateful for their services. Suddenly however after my not using the most tactfulness when the owner canceled my appointment-- which hadn't been the first time of her doing that -- she abruptly told me she would no longer provide services to me and that I could no longer come back.
