This was by far the best bridal appointment that I've had. The manager Katie was absolutely wonderful. She got to know me and my bridal party, explained and showed us where everything was in the shop, and provided an overall great experience. The shop itself is beautiful and there are a ton of options for all sizes and price ranges. The selection of gowns and sale gowns was impressive for a shop located in southern Illinois. Excellent service, excellent selection, amazing staff! Katie, thank you for all that you did to create a great experience for us. We were in town from Texas to visit family over Thanksgiving. We wanted the first time our daughter would try on dresses to be with family so we scheduled an appointment. We were there just for a homework trip and left that day with two "dresses to beat" when we got back home. Katie is AMAZING!!! Even though we already had a dress Katie had all the accessories and know how to make take the dress over the top. Highly recommended
This shop is truly amazing and Katie takes the cake. She’s so intuitive, and kind. She listened to me and took every word I said into consideration. She also remembers just little details about my life, and my wedding planning that just makes the experience of getting a wedding dress seem almost like hanging out with a friend! She helped me choose the most perfect dress, and is the ultimate hype woman! I highly recommend this bridal shop if you want to walk out with a new sense of confidence and joy!
