Katie made wedding dress preparations absolutely flawless! Everything from the first visit, to checking in about dress alterations, then reminding me to bring my dress back in for a steam the week of my wedding! Katie is so personable and made me feel like I was her one and only VIP every time we talked! I literally don’t know how she does it! I will recommend her every time anyone asks. 10/10. Gold star. Amazing.

I had such an amazing experience wedding dress shopping here! The staff was beyond helpful, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. Katie made me feel so comfortable and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made the experience so special. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to find my dress!
This was by far the best bridal appointment that I've had. The manager Katie was absolutely wonderful. She got to know me and my bridal party, explained and showed us where everything was in the shop, and provided an overall great experience. The shop itself is beautiful and there are a ton of options for all sizes and price ranges. The selection of gowns and sale gowns was impressive for a shop located in southern Illinois. Excellent service, excellent selection, amazing staff! Katie, thank you for all that you did to create a great experience for us. We were in town from Texas to visit family over Thanksgiving. We wanted the first time our daughter would try on dresses to be with family so we scheduled an appointment. We were there just for a homework trip and left that day with two "dresses to beat" when we got back home.
