Jade does a wonderful job and I like her as a person, but she can be really hard to schedule with and very flaky. She canceled on me 2 different times in a few days because of different reasons and then never attempted to reschedule. My wedding is coming up very soon, which she knew, and it left me completely scrambling trying to get a last minute appointment with someone else. Pretty disappointed.
Jade was awesome! She did a great job and she was so lovely and informative as well! I have already recommended her to a friend and will be back soon! Thanks again!! :)
I'm actually pretty disappointed in what happened here. It seemed everytime I booked an appt to have a galaxy dye done she would text to say the system messed up and she needed to reschedule so we reschedule and the night before sometime the morning or I'd get a bogusvtext with bogus excuse on why she had to cancel. 3 appt scheduled wrong, 3 reschedule she canceled, one malibu/bleach(you could say) for absolutely nothing bit a waste of 6 hours in her shop.
Love, love, love jade! She has always done a great job on my hair color and cuts! I have also taken disabled clients to her and she did a wonderful job working with them! Would 100%Recommend.
