This is what $2800 hair extensions I received. Horrible experience. Appointment was cancelled twice. It was an absolute nightmare. Hair and quantity does not match what I ordered and paid for. Would not recommend. This is my own personal experience and views.
Worst experience ever. The first time I went there I was glared at by her staff member when I walked in, no greeting, no friendliness. Ebony was constantly texting on the phone when she did my hair, which was honestly so unprofessional and rude. The next time her apprentice did my hair, kept foils on my head for over 2 hours and hair was snapping off upon removal. I was charged full price. Did my hair for my graduation and was able to put my clip in extensions in and make them look seamless! Had a fantastic chat too. Highly recommend :)
I unfortunately had a bad experience with this salon. I booked in to have my hair and makeup done and paid a $50 deposit. 4 days prior to my booking I received a text message advising that they needed to cancel as they had double booked and could no longer do my makeup. I was assured that I would receive a refund for the deposit I paid, however I am yet to receive this 2 months later.
