This feels like legal theft. I want to be clear…this is not about the personalities of the staff. They are friendly and polite. But in my experience, their kindness masks a serious lack of competence and what I can only describe as predatory billing practices. Dr. Kim is great but something is not right behind the scenes. I love the kindness, compassion and TLC that BLUSH Dental staff provides. They are also patient and will kindly explain and answer questions that you I've had.
I would highly recommend anyone to this office. Everyone from the front(Torri and Telquila) to the back was professional, courteous and kind. Durrell took extra time to explain all of the services I would receive and broke down each step as they were occuring. Dr. Carter was kind and even though she was busy took the time to introduce herself. My hygienist, Demetria, took great care with my cleaning.
