So many great things to say starting from check-in to check all staff are pleasant especially Ms.Torre and Ms.Tequila. Now for Dr.Carter you have been awesome for many years now. I thank you for having patience and reassuring me with all procedures. You take your time, listen and follow-up. I just want to let you and your team know I appreciate everything you all do.
Customer Service was excellent doctor. Carter has a very nice disposition. They explained everything and I got my teeth before. I thought I was gonna get them.
This feels like legal theft. I want to be clear…this is not about the personalities of the staff. They are friendly and polite. But in my experience, their kindness masks a serious lack of competence and what I can only describe as predatory billing practices. Dr. Kim is great but something is not right behind the scenes.
