Excellent first visit! The staff and doctor were all so kind, friendly, and professional. The dental assistant who took my X-rays was very gentle and made me feel comfortable. I also loved that they explained everything clearly and provided my treatment plan and costs upfront. The office is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I definitely recommend this office!
I called to schedule an appointment today and was told my account has been deactivated because it’s been 5 years since I last was in there.. then the young lady who called me back also mention looks like something happened back then and unfortunately we are not able to provide you service.. it looks like your going to have to find somewhere else to go… and I asked was that per Dr. Carter and if so if I could have her give me a call to elaborate and she said noooo all while having this tone of sassiness… I looked for another ... read more
Dr. Carter is THE BEST! I’ve been going to her for the past 5 years and it’s been an incredible experience. She and her staff are very professional. You typically don’t wait more than 10-15 minutes upon arrival for your appointment. They’re all so gentle and take your oral care very seriously. They accept various insurance carriers including Cigna. Each room also has TVs on the walls and ceilings for you to enjoy during your service. My teeth are so gorgeous and healthy in her care.
