Called to book an appt and the lady booking me in talked in punjabi assuming that I know punjabi even though I was talking in English. Asked me if I’m available at 5:30 and I said yes, she thought I’m saying no and saying we don’t have any other appointments but she kept saying we only have 5:30 and I was like yes I’ll come. When she finally understood she said hold on one min and put me on hold. Way too much work to book a small appt for threading.

My girlfriend came here to get her eye brows reshaped but came home to plucking more on her own. It was advertised that there will a consultation before the eye brow threading but she did not receive one and they proceeded with it. Her eyebrows are uneven and there are still loose hairs everywhere and it was not properly plucked or reshaped. I do not recommend anybody to go here and it is way too over priced for the quality of work.

Went here for an eyebrow wax today Manbir did them. She didn’t do any waxing just threaded and took off half my left eyebrow and made it look so bad i didn’t want her to fix it and make it even thinner so now my eyebrows are 2 different sizes. She tried to blame me saying they were already thin, giving 2 stars just because the owner handled the situation very well. But i would not recommend unless you are seeing the owner to do treatment.
