I attempted to call at 9 AM to cancel my appointment, but the salon wasn’t open and there was no way to leave a voicemail. When I called back at 11, I was told I’d still be charged 50% because it was “beyond the 24-hour notice.” Even if I wanted to reschedule, I’d have to pay another 50% upfront.
