If I could give this salon less than 1 star, I would. Absolutely terrible experience. I booked this salon for my wedding hair and makeup after completing my bridal trial on April 25th, following up on April 29th that I wanted to officially move forward, and then paying my deposit on May 10th to secure my wedding date. Less than two weeks before my wedding, they canceled on me, leaving me scrambling to find an entirely new hair and makeup team during one of the most stressful times imaginable. Horrible customer service. We had them booked for a wedding to do bridal hair and makeup for the bide and the bridesmaids and they canceled 2 weeks before the wedding because they “reviewed their schedule and are unable to accommodate”. Incredibly unprofessional and would never recommend this salon to anyone.
Good color and Haircut consistently ! Happy with their service.
