horrible service and horrible attitudes. Staff talking about their clients... I was also provider added extra amount to my Total as if I wouldn't know and just pay. I asked what was the additional fee and she and other staff could not say. shame. I went on to pay the correct amount for the services I received which was unsatisfactory to say the least. will NEVER be returning ( I was uncomfortable as soon as I walked in- the entire time) I stayed because I prebooked and had an event right after.
I put a review yesterday regarding the manicurist because it’s two weeks & my finger still hurts , but I realized I didn’t put a review regarding the pedicurist, she was very nice & she did a great job. They still look nice . I appreciate her
