the level of unprofessionalism is insane. drove 30 min to be canceled on while i’m out front. there was another customer waiting for the same waxer over 20 min late on her appt. LAUREN you are rude and unprofessional. the moment you have an attitude before an apology over your mistake is the moment i will no longer converse back and forth. Blocked the number and so frustrated i am here
Lauren was hands down amazing and such a kind person! I had the blushing facial, eyebrow wax, and eyebrow tint. She was so thorough in everything she did! The facial included extractions, a hair massage with oil, and a shoulder/neck massage! She was also very knowledgeable about everything. I usually break out in hives when I get my brows waxed, but I literally had no reaction at all. Everything came out great and I am glowing🤩
