I was told that highlights cut and shampoo would be$ 95. So when all was said and done I got a shampoo and highlights but no cut and it was still $95? It wasn't even discussed that I wasn't going to get a cut or trim... I texted and called but she just put me off. I guess the thought that she had overcharged me powered over the fact that she might have me for a long time customer.... They have a name for that for people that have licenses It's called bait and switch
