After coming to the establishment I feel extremely violated by the owner Amy Cook. She was ignorant and disrespectful towards my name (Roofina). Yes I understand it is uncommon but that does not give anyone the right to be rude and insulting. I left feeling emotionally drained and insulted. I never left a beauty service and cried after. This raggedy rugrats doll supposed estetician has the nerve to say unfiltered racist thoughts to her clientele in their most vulnerable moments. I wish I could give no stars, such an unprofessional service. Not enough blepharoplasties in the world to correct her eyes. The wax wasn’t good. Stay away from this establishment and Amy Cook.
