I had my eyelashes done here and they were not done well. The lash fans used had bases that were much larger than my natural lashes. Most fell out within an hour of placement. Within 24 hours all were gone. The lash tech said she was going to order smaller ones and redo my lashes. I had a couple of upcoming appointments booked. Two days before my booked appt, the owner text me and stated they were canceling my appts and refunding my money because they were not happy with the services I received, “through no fault of my own”.... read more
I went today for the first time. I have never been to any type of spa before the staff made me feel comfortable and was very friendly. I will definitely be back.
I just love this place. The staff is amazing. My first visit I was super nervous. I can't remember the staff name but she talked to me during the process too make me more comfortable. Now I go once a month for my self care time.
