Ordered flowers at 9.30am. Received an email saying they were out for delivery at 2.20pm. Still not delivered at 7pm. $25 delivery fee should be refunded since you didn't perform your same day delivery. Poor birthday girl didn't receive her flowers today. Ordered flowers that looked beautiful online, but what I received was a complete disappointment. The bouquet was overrun with excess leaves and barely any flowers. I sent this as a gift for my friend, and it fell far short of expectations—especially considering the money I paid. I would definitely choose another service next time.
