Do not rent from this property company, they will nickel and dime you for everything that is wrong with your rental before you even moved in. The rental property we took over had an infestation of mice, and even a snake, there were permanent fixtures already installed on the property before we moved in and we were charged for their removal after we left. They do not act in good faith, you would be better to spend your time and money elsewhere.
Maxie has been so incredible to work with. She was our first choice as an agent for selling our parents home because of her professionalism and knowledge of the market. She went above and beyond.
