Do not rent from this property company, they will nickel and dime you for everything that is wrong with your rental before you even moved in. The rental property we took over had an infestation of mice, and even a snake, there were permanent fixtures already installed on the property before we moved in and we were charged for their removal after we left. They do not act in good faith, you would be better to spend your time and money elsewhere.
