Dr. Shawn Blonston is nearly impossible to get a hold of. I don’t understand what is going on with him, maybe it’s something personal i do understand that but he should be honest to his patients and tell them if they need to find another family doctor. It is very frustrating to go to the emergency and wait 5 hours just to get told they can’t help and you need to contact your family doctor. I have never dealt with customer service this bad ever. Working in the life insurance industry it is customary the we request medical records for clients before approval. We have requested records from this office on several occasions for several different patients. NEVER have we received them without a long fight of several phone calls. We have had some of our customers declined due to their inability to properly manage their office staff. Cannot get an appointment when needed. Forms were submitted in February after many calls, they are still not completed and signed. Every time I call the receptionist assures me that they are being completed. Never happened!
