I was the mom in the review from July 2018 when my daughter her a piece of wood on the interstate. It being us 2 women and 4 kids traveling all the way back to Maine, we were so nervous. They were soooooooo helpful, and we were so appreciative.
They are the BEST in my opinion
Terrible customer service in the front, when we walked in and stood while the woman up front was sitting off to the side obviously chit chatting with a friend and we stood there for about 5min while she laughed and had a good time. Had we not had an appointment to get tires put on we would have walked out. Love the service you get out back, but sorry we bothered someone up front.
They're always fast and friendly, don't try to trick you into anything, and are honest. They've even looked my car over and let me know if anything else was out of shape. Fair prices, too! 10/10 recommend.
