I ask them to try to match new hardwood flooring stain with other stained hardwood in the house. I was given two choices of stain or a mixture of those two stains. The result was very disappointing. I had to pay them to re-sand. Then I went to a paint store and picked out an off the shelf stain that was a much closer match.
