I was first discourage with the service I thought I was experiencing with Galls located on Arizona Cir because I had not received my order in a timely manner (like within 5 days). I had placed my order over the phone. However, after talking with the store manager Jeff, he reassured me that my order was sent out through UPS with a tracking number. UPS failed to leave me a notice on my door. I did go to UPS and picked up my package. Two thumbs up for Jeff.
Go somewhere else for better selection and faster service. Amazon is cheaper and has a much better "in-store" selection.
Great service. I ordered boots and uniforms for fire academy. The Cincinnati store did not have my size in the boots that I selected. However they made arrangements to have my order shipped directly to me. Will definitely shop here again!

The postal uniform salesman known as Ken who sells in the Detroit area is more worried about selling his own product then the Postal approve uniforms that he is suppose to be selling. When carriers place legit orders it takes over a month to get there uniforms or they just don't get them at all. Ken has the same problem where ever he gets a job and always blames the company.
