Blumenstudio is my go to anytime I need to send and arrangement. Katrin's response time and customer service is excellent and personal. I love dealing directly with the owner who knows her product, is creative and understands her clients. Thank you Katrin for going over and above, especially with my last request for a delivery to Rockland.
Very nice bouquets from this place! Highly recommend in Ottawa. They can custom to what you like and easy to communicate with. Great customer service and delivery service!

I have never been complimented more on flowers than I was this weekend. Kat did an outstanding job of creating beautiful arrangements for a family celebration. I wish I had business cards to pass out because so many people asked about the flowers and where I got them. They were incredible
I walked in on Mother’s Day close to 1PM, not sure what to expect as there was a bit of a lineup ahead of me. Nothing was available and so they asked if I was okay with waiting 15 minutes for their florist to create a bouquet. They took down my name and number and then showed me around, what flowers they had available, and asked what price point I was thinking which I thought was very considerate.
