Very cute store. However I walked in and was not greeted ever. If you want business, you have to engage with people. Plenty of items I wanted to buy, but chose not too due to poor customer service
I loved all the beautiful things, I was so inspired at first. But then while looking for a fun sticker, I discovered the hate speech in the corner. Apparently only certain views and opinions are welcome in this shop so unless you love to support intolerance, might want to skip this place. I had to walk out feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. It's a free country so sell what you like, but an inclusive business owner might want to just focus on beauty and instead of promoting angry woke rants. Just my opinion.
A few friends of mine, after school, walked around downtown lebanon, WE then walked into blume, where we were greeted by two teenage girls at the counter, they were extremely rude, if we dropped a sticker or something, they would scoff and snicker, They gossiped about our outfits, They talked about how fat or terrible our hair looked,AND were all around rude, They bagged our things in a way that they fell out, THEY then ignored us before checking us out, let two other customers Infront of my group of friends.
Love this shop! One of my favorite places to shop in Lebanon!
