Best company to work for in Holland MI. But the company was bought by e2open back in 2021, so it’s no longer BluJay Solutions. Still a great company!
Have a support question for BluJay? Good luck. Can't log into the support portal because I can't get set up. All attempts have failed. Currently no longer working with any customers who require BluJay.
Horrible customer service when it comes to needing help
Been using their software for a few years. It's an ok product. I found account services difficult to deal with. They decided to add a 5% increase yearly, compounded. When asked, they figuratively shrugged their shoulders. They also started moving the maintenance "pay by" date earlier year on year. I'd go in a different direction if I had to start over.
