I was very impressed with the level of service that was presented to me, and to all of the patients waiting to be seen. Their check in process was relatively painless, compared to some other places. The waiting time that I experienced was unusually short – especially for a medical appointment. I will always recommend Northwestern Medicine from here on out – and will look for my own specialists here in the future.
Janice is the greatest. She knowledgeable of all aspect of how and what to do while on Coumadin. She answered all my questions and eased my fears �. Thanks Janice for all your patience with me.
