I would like to leave a raving review for Andrea Jones at the Northwestern Palos Heart Failure Clinic. I saw her today, and she was absolutely fantastic. The front desk staff are always very nice and courteous, and the nurse I had today was extremely kind, patient, and professional. She took my blood pressure, asked detailed questions about my medications, and at the end gave me a very informative book. I felt that from nurses, DOCTORS, and everyone including support Staff were going to do whatever it takes to the best of their efforts that patients are taken very good care of. ❤️ Rated #1 in my experience with everyone!
The staff was so attentive. When having heart tests done, it’s so important to feel comfortable and their staff was great!
