Don’t rent from them they do not fix anything the stove is wired into the wall and not plugged in the stove straps and they don’t care all they want is money then when you keep telling stuff needs to be fixed they will put you out the balcony is falling apart and stairs are dangerous and then the park place apartments haves shootings all the time and they don’t even care as long as they get that rent they don’t care about the other tenants being put in danger because of it the ones that pays their rent on time every month an... read more

Unprofessional. The landlord Travis stole $130 from me when I moved in which was credited towards my rent. I am currently dealing with my electricity being stolen. I have wires coming out both my meter box and breaker going through my upstairs neighbors window. I also have the wires from the outside light going from my breaker box along with all the a.c. units for the building . I started off with Bluffview Realty in 2013 or 2014 in a 1 bedroom, then I needed a bigger place and that's when I moved to park place apts. That's all I can say.
