Always friendly and great with my dogs.

20 years we've been trusting our animal care with the Bluffton veterinarians and today was another example of why we love the whole staff and doctors. Their willingness to make accommodations to make our elderly Great Dane as comfortable as possible and reduce our anxiety at the same time was amazing. Because of Dr Kimberly, we are getting more QUALITY time with Aurora in our lives. Thank you for every thing you do.
For grooming: Cuts my dogs nails uneven because he is too anxious. We have a miniature schnauzer, they are very anxious dogs. They had us pay for medication to calm our dog before grooming appointments just to charge us for special handling for a fee. The groomer doesn’t even come out to greet us and take our dog back. We specifically tell them to cut our dog the way we want and has never done so and charges us for a “de matting” fee when we brush our dog daily.
