Ok so it's best to preface this review by letting everyone know that my cat's entire mission from the time she enters the building to the time she leaves is to make everyone suffer. With that being said, I have never written a review for a business so deserving. They are AMAZING! Flounder talks using buttons and she told me she had an "Ouch" "Tinkle" recently and no-one there treated me like a crazy person when I told them this. I am new to the area and both my cat and dog are elderly . The vet took the time to review their history and was familiar with their needs. Everyone approached my pets with care and professionalism. The prices were reasonable. I was very happy with this business.
I absolutely loved my experience with Bluffton Veterinary Hospital! Our cat, Lily, has been suffering with a large hot spot under her neck for about 6 weeks and it didn't seem to be improving much. Dr. Caudill was so kind and knowledgeable and came up with a plan for Lily that is working! She took her time with Lily and did not seem rushed or hurried. She patiently listened to us and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend Bluffton Veterinary Hospital and Dr. Caudill.
My dogs are clients of BVH. I had an emergency. Instead of going to an emergency vet & paying a huge fee to walk thru the door, I was able to get serviced here for a lot less. This is why I chose BVH. Many vets onsite, extremely important they’re a hospital too
