Called them and asked if they had time to change out a set of tires for me as it was within a couple hours of them closing. they said yes no problem bring them by! I brought them in and they took them no problem. Come 4:40 (they close at 5) i call them and to check on progress because I live 20 minutes out. I’ve been to Bluffton tire multiple times thinking that maybe they were just having a bad day but nope there always seems to be one a-hole working the counter. If you want to be treated like they’re doing you a favor or bothering them then this is the right place for you. I will not go back, which is to bad because their mechanics do a great job.
They got me in even though they were busy. They took care of me and that was truly appreciated. Thanks guys.
They talk to you like your an idiot and they “know all.” They installed the wrong size tube in my implement wheel, it blew in two weeks,because it allowed the tire to slip , damaging the tube. Next , they sold me a set of tires and an alignment. After they installed the new tires they wouldn’t align it . Said they didn’t have the ability. I went home and with a tape measure took it from 1.5” out , to pretty close. Anyway, I’m not going back.
