New to town, I honestly don't remember how I found Bluffton Rootz Salon, but it is an absolute treasure. I was shell-shocked at many Bluffton hair salon prices for color and cuts. Stylist Zulma Chavira was able to follow the color recipe from my Charlotte stylist. The color is beautiful, and I love the cut. And the price!
