The Bluffton Plumbing Co. team was FANTASTIC! I went into my laundry room yesterday afternoon about 4pm, and found water all over the floor. It was seeping through the wall from our water heater . I called them for help, and not only did they answer right away, their guy was onsite within 20 minutes! He evaluated the situation and gave pricing options to us right then. I thought I had a serious plumbing issue that required immediate attention. It was later in the day and I was desperate to have it addressed. I called Bluffton Plumbing ( from a recommendation) and was extremely satisfied with their service and cooperation. Ellen, in their customer service, went above and beyond to help me out. Great company and I would highly recommend them.
They don't seem like a reliable company. I reached out to this company about my toilet being clogged, I didn't get a call till after business hours, I understand, but the receptionist said she would call you schedule a plumber the next day and never received a call nor a plumber arrived.
Bluffton Plumbing Company went above and beyond for my family! They have been our go to plumbing company since we moved to the area. We had a hot water issue, they came out and had the issue corrected same day! Unfortunately the water heater was a "lemon." The team a BPC quickly came out diagnosed the problem and installed a replacement part, that again failed and we determined it was in fact the unit. Bluffton Plumbing recently completed a complete repiping of all of our water lines and the movement of water heaters from the attic to the garage. They did an excellent job. They are always timely and professional. The team was extremely considerate in ensuring that we had water access throughout the job.
