Did a good inspection of my house for the leak issues. Paid for them to come out and do estimate. Got a phone the next morning with a verbal estimate on the cost. Told the lady I talked to that I needed something in writing. She told me she would have to talk to the supervisor to get this done. Never heard from them again, but they did cash the check that I gave them for coming to my house. Very disappointed in the service and no I didn't call them back.
