Stopped in one day with my son and they were extremely rude. We figured we’d give them another chance. Maybe they were just having a bad day and went in on a separate occasion several months later, and if anything they were more rude now than before. Will definitely not give them my business. We walked out and will never return.
Awful experience. Such a weird vibe and terrible experience. Traveling from out of town and looking to shop and buy gifts. The woman could not have been colder. Will never return.

IThe jewelry box custom made my engagement ring, and it turned out STUNNING! I wanted an elongated cushion And couldn’t find one anywhere. The owners are very knowledgeable, kind and patient. They take their time with each customer. And I love that they can make custom jewelry for you. A true GEM of a store! <3
