These are the nicest people! Very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. They made a ring for me 15 years ago & were so easy to work with then. I recently went in to have the ring sized & they were just the same. Highly recommend!
Honestly I would give a 0/5 stars to this business. They were completely unprofessional and rude from the moment I entered the door. I requested to get my finger sized and it was like pulling teeth. My demeanor remained positive and courteous the entire time. My husband was going to buy me a ring and he was out of town and staff was completely rude and unreasonable. Stopped in one day with my son and they were extremely rude. We figured we’d give them another chance. Maybe they were just having a bad day and went in on a separate occasion several months later, and if anything they were more rude now than before. Will definitely not give them my business. We walked out and will never return.
Awful experience. Such a weird vibe and terrible experience. Traveling from out of town and looking to shop and buy gifts. The woman could not have been colder. Will never return.
So rude on the phone, surprised they get any business at all!
