Hello, I’d highly recommend avoiding this company. Right now my neighbors and I are at the retreat at East argent. We cannot get in touch with points of contact and this company omits information from current owners and future buyers. For instance some members have been paying HOA fees for over 2 years for amenities that still aren’t completed and after doing some investigative work; the company knew they wouldn’t be completed.
