I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided regarding our refrigerator repair. After a technician came to our home to replace a part, the refrigerator continued to malfunction and remained warm. We attempted to reach out via phone, text, and email to resolve this, but we received no response. Due to the lack of communication and the unresolved issue, we had to contact our warranty company to send another technician to fix the problem. This was a very disappointing experience.
Bluffton Appliance is the Go-To Company for professional service. Kevin is trustworthy and great communication to resolve any appliance issue. Highly recommended.
He responded quickly to text and made an appointment for a repair. He showed up when he said he would and fixed the issue for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend.
2 stars because I have had outstanding service from this place on a previous issue. This time we swapped a few texts and I got ghosted. Not sure what happened there.
