Mr. Kevin was one of the most responsive people that I’ve spoken to about servicing my washer. He helped me troubleshoot so that I didn’t have to have him go out there and fix anything. I really appreciate that this company puts the customers first. If I ever need help, I know where to go to for my appliance repair needs.
I hope I don't need them again soon, but am thankful to find such a professional and responsive service company. When my washer quit draining Kevin came out and was able to diagnose the problem right away and replace the pump to get my machine up and running again.
