The Bluffs Bakery bakes goodies from scratch. The bakery is owned by Ron Ahlers, Sr, a master baker and Chris Ahlers. Ron was one of the first 500 certified bakers in the United States. The Bakery is managed by Dave Ahlers. One of the unique aspects of the business is its use of all fresh ingredients -- no pre-made mixes are used. We make every item from scratch. The food is very good, the service is fast, and the atmosphere is clean with some odds and ends to add to it
Please go to Daylight Donuts if you want to eat a real donut. The donuts and bagels at bluffs bakery are low effort and honestly pretty sad. I'm getting depressed just writing this review. I make bagels at home before buying them here. If you have ever made a bagel you know how wrong the ones sold at bluffs bakery are. Cheers
Amazing little bakery, but even more amazing people behind the counter. There donuts was my original stop turn in returning back for thier lunch special footlong hot dogs and breakfast sandwiches. Felt at home even just passing through thier amazing town in Scouttsbluff NE. I'll be back for sure next time im near sad I had to get back the road but happy to take the amazing experience with me and to share the wholesome love from this establishment. Thank you for amazing service and food.
