The Bluffs Bakery bakes goodies from scratch. The bakery is owned by Ron Ahlers, Sr, a master baker and Chris Ahlers. Ron was one of the first 500 certified bakers in the United States. The food is very good, the service is fast, and the atmosphere is clean with some odds and ends to add to it
Please go to Daylight Donuts if you want to eat a real donut. The donuts and bagels at bluffs bakery are low effort and honestly pretty sad. I'm getting depressed just writing this review. I make bagels at home before buying them here. If you have ever made a bagel you know how wrong the ones sold at bluffs bakery are. Cheers
