The Bluffs Bakery bakes goodies from scratch. The bakery is owned by Ron Ahlers, Sr, a master baker and Chris Ahlers. Ron was one of the first 500 certified bakers in the United States. Amazing little bakery, but even more amazing people behind the counter. There donuts was my original stop turn in returning back for thier lunch special footlong hot dogs and breakfast sandwiches. Felt at home even just passing through thier amazing town in Scouttsbluff NE. I'll be back for sure next time im near sad I had to get back the road but happy to take the amazing experience with me and to share the wholesome love from this establishment. Thank you for amazing service and food.
Called a week in advance to order a bagel tray to pick up. The person answering the phone was not prepared to take an order and I waited for them to find a pen. When returning to the phone i asked what my options for bagels were andI was promptly advised that they were busy and I would need to call back another time to place my order. I like to keep my business local however felt ignored and unimportant. Needless to say I will be taking my business to someone who wants the order.
