COCKROACHES. As others have stated they have cockroaches. I visited a friend here informed them of the German cockroaches (pictured), they then informed the office. The office claimed they would spray then we witnessed a grounds keeper driving around with roach spray that retails for less than 10 dollars a bottle at Walmart. They need to call in a professional exterminator, I’ve seen them on the stairs and surrounding the trash cans. 1. Biggest problem was the cockroaches. In the fall we started seeing them as it got colder and they only enumerated as winter grew close. The Bluffs offered to spray and sprayed but this did nothing. A certified pest inspector came in and saw that the roaches were most likely breeding in the walls that were connected to another unit and still the Bluffs did nothing. 2. Our heat broke in the dead of winter when there was four feet of snow outside which as also not plowed. You can imagine it was extremely cold inside. It took... read more

I originally thought this would be a nice community to live in but I may be wrong. There is constantly trash all throughout the property grounds, oh and roaches!! I keep the place clean and never had this issue before. I brought it to the leasing offices attention where “pest control” lied about treating my unit and the issue has not been resolved. I’ve tried to be nice about it but it’s disgusting seeing roaches in a place where I should feel comfortable.

Absolutely love the manager Ms. Ashley as I have been Living here for the past two years and never had a problem until maintenance decided not to fix my leaking AC or Dryer after repeated maintenance requests. Plus maintenance has been absolutely horrible lately. Sad to see this is how they now treat U.S. Soldiers.
