Absolutely love the manager Ms. Ashley as I have been Living here for the past two years and never had a problem until maintenance decided not to fix my leaking AC or Dryer after repeated maintenance requests. Plus maintenance has been absolutely horrible lately. Sad to see this is how they now treat U.S. Soldiers.
I love it here, I love that there is an office staff that keeps these crappy residents that make a mess under control. They don’t put up with dog poop and people driving on grass for a reason, to keep the ground looking as good as they do. It’s so annoying the residents that come on reviews and post when they got in trouble. The staff is great and my family loves living here. I see them out picking up other residents trash and dog poop all the time. If the person hates it so much why not move…
If I could I’d give 0 stars. I don’t exactly know who manages the buildings. But I was leaving my friend’s place after visiting from out of state and was scoping out new places for me to rent. I can safely say I won’t be considering here. As I was leaving I heard the manager just verbally assault this young woman for driving on the grass. Always feels like a scam every time I pay my rent. It’s right at BAH rates so they can charge you all of it basically and provide very little in terms of service. If you like your doors flooding and maintenance just saying “yeah sometimes that will happen” and 20-30 year old appliances that only work half of the time, then definitely give this place your money. Moved in August 2022 Moving out September 2025 Woah. So, first of all. They suck. Plain and simple. We moved in while there was still the old management (Tarantino) who were great and moved us from a 300 to a 100 apartment to accommodate my disability, but if memory serves correctly they were replaced December 2022 to the current management, Eucalyptus Real Estate.
