Bad property management and bad people living here. Manager is rude don’t care only care a bout money. Cars drive fast through parking lot. People here are rude also loud music. Bad place to live. MILITARY STAY AWAY Some people at this place realize what SCRA is others seemed to not know. They sent me a bill for the remainder of the months' rent because I didn’t give a 30-day notice. First of all, I didn’t have 30 days. When I found out I notified them provided an RFO and when actual orders came through, I provided them. I don’t have to give a 30-day notice.
