Glad we moved away, lived there on edge for 8 years while 2 buildings burnt down to the ground, 3 other partial fires, 2 floods, a deadly shooting at the clubhouse, break ins and fights. it's a joke and dangerous place. Photos: Bld. F And B not lying.
I don’t recommend this complex. It’s dirty and the neighbors are loud with music from cars and speakers blaring at night. There’s trash all over the complex there was literal dog poop bags in the bushes near the building we lived in for months that’s probably still there now, and they overcharge for everything when moving out. We chose this place for the convenience to get on and off base but there’s lots of better options than this complex, don’t move here.
So I view an apartment, the apartment was good and nice, the only problem I had is they are buddy buddy with eagles landing and will not rent to someone that has 0 evictions and has paid off a previous bill with eagles landing. I would give better stars but they are in the buddy buddy chain with eagle landing and quinton point. If you apply here make sure that you don't owe anything.
Moved in 10/24: The best part about The Bluffs is it’s a peaceful place to take a walk, relax, or just clear your mind while enjoying nature. The trails are easy to follow, and there are plenty of spots to stop for photos or just take in the view. Living here, they really take care of your needs. We did have a cockroach issue, but with their bug service and a little help from our own spray, we were able to handle it and keep our apartment comfortable. COCKROACHES. As others have stated they have cockroaches. I visited a friend here informed them of the German cockroaches (pictured), they then informed the office. The office claimed they would spray then we witnessed a grounds keeper driving around with roach spray that retails for less than 10 dollars a bottle at Walmart. They need to call in a professional exterminator, I’ve seen them on the stairs and surrounding the trash cans.
