I must admit this manager Desiree Benson is such a sweet heart But the maintance guy doesn't ever fix Anything, if there was a maintance guy that ever did work that needs to be done then this would be the idea place to live..,
This property is nice but the management is really bad they have a manager named desara there who’s really rude to the residents. She’s very disrespectful and hateful She’s always rude. I’ve had several residents tell me how they don’t like her cause she’s very disrespectful to everyone she talks to I’ve heard her one day disrespectful to the staff the poor guy just took it and let her go on so my opinion I wouldn’t recommend this place as long as she’s here cause she’s not a good person
U really don't won't to know my opinion. But i can tell you that U can't get anything done around in ur apartment if u need to get anything fixed. No body is ever in the office an if u do move in always keep records of everything u have to pay for such a rent mostly so that ur not charged for anything else an have it added into ur rent. Always record ur conversations an make notes of every confrontationthat u have with anyone.
