Hiked through here. Loved the section along the coast and rocky beach. Plenty of parking, is $12 for out of state.
Nice and easy scenic hike out to point. Along way, many different types of small aircraft taking off and landing at nearby Groton Airport.
The reason I gave it two stars, is because the road is horrible once you go under the bridge all the way to the water it's a bad, pot hole after pot hole after pot hole. On top of the worst road ever they want to charge people from out of state, go figure??
Always beautiful. Did half the loop main trail and back on the shoreline. It was nesting season, so we couldn't take the dogs on the beach. Busy for a weekday. I really prefer off-season for this reason.
Great spot for a hike or bike ride. Right near the water with connections to the G&S RR path, which takes you to Groton Long Point.
