Dr. Ruffin is one of the best OBGYN’s I have ever seen. This is my 3rd time following her to a new practice. She is so patient, understanding, and empathetic. She calls and discusses test results with you and that has been rare for me in Memphis medicine. Her nurse, Amanda, is great as well. I am so very pleased with the level of care I receive with Dr. Ruffin. Not a fan of dr Hayden. She’s very rude and tends argue with her patients purposely. Would not recommend!!
I can't even begin to explain what a great experience I had. Everyone was so kind, especially the surgery scheduler. She was so compassionate and really made me feel so comfortable about having surgery by answering all my questions. She really went above and beyond.
My daughter loves her doctor and up until now everything has been great. However, she was scheduled for her delivery and in error it was scheduled for the wrong week. I know from doing this in my job, mistakes happen. The only complaint is how very rude the scheduler was to my daughter when she called. She was not only very rude, she practically hung up on her when she called to tell her there were no openings for this week. I know I would check with L&D everyday to see if someone in the hospital had her baby so she could go... read more
