Dr Butts was wonderful
I only started coming to this office because my doctor moved here and I wish she hadn’t. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Ruffin for years and she’s always been wonderful. She also sees 3 of my family members and we all love her and she deserves 10/5 stars. But the front desk staff and those that work in scheduling are awful. They don’t return calls and they always have an attitude. They’ve never had any ounce of empathy no matter the purpose of the call or need for an appointment. Dr. Hayden is the absolute best hands down. I’ve been her patient almost 10 years. You won’t find a kinder and caring Obgyn!
Dr Hayden is absolutely amazing- she’s fast- but listens and will spend time with you. She has great bedside manners and CARES! promptly returns calls and gives appts and needed
If I could give it zero stars, I definitely would. If you are African American, I do not recommend Leslie Hayden. My son is currently in the NICU because he was born one month early. Why? Because with severe pelvic floor pain and a job outside that Ive been at for 12+ years, she saw no reason to take me off work for my last month and a half. Recommended me to pelvic floor therapy, in which I did attend 3 days a week, yet I had no reason to be taken off work in her eyes. I looked for another Dr exactly 2 days before my water ... read more
