It was ok
I’ve lived there a year. They scammed me by telling me the rent and utilities all would equal $825. I ended up paying over $1000. The toilets went out twice. The stove went out. When I moved in there was tar sticky stuff all over the floor. The paint job it horrible. The door and window seals were off so the downstairs was freezing. And work orders take forever.
