Terrible service. I’m an international student and this people didn’t help at all. The washroom of the apartment I moved into needed to be fixed. The bathroom floor was damp and was on the verge of collapsing and the drainage was also blocked. It was a nightmare honestly. There was a massive hole behind the toilet seat from which a mice got in the apartment once. I contacted them and it took them a month to fix the washroom.
