Give them money, and get nothing in return. I placed an order on 11/21/17. My credit card was immediately charged. 7 emails and 5 voicemails later, I still have not received an order. A woman named Jessica finally called me on 1/3/18 to say that they "found my order" in the system, and would make sure it got processed. When I asked why no one got my voicemails or emails, she couldn't seem to come up with an answer.
