Why are y'all even open... Y'all don't offer the same amenities that the other location in Pasadena offers... Half the time the vacuums don't work... You don't have air compressors... And your awnings are missing for when it's sprinkling...
How did my card get charged for a monthly membership I never asked for. My card was charged $21. Somebody need to get thus right. Waiting on them to open asap
Paid for the wash right under the top tier and the car was still dirty. Went to inquire about the quality and the employee started treating me like I was trying to to get a refund. It wasn't the $15 I spent it was just that the front of the car still had the dead bugs on it along with the windshield. Was told I would have to hand wash those off. Why would I not expect the car wash to at least clean the car. It wasn't like I came in with a vehicle that just came out of the mid hole. This will be the last time I visit this loc... read more
Please beware you’ll be charged monthly fees without your consent, the employees here don’t tell you this I was sold on a $10 car wash special and employee swiped my car little did I know a month later I see a $34 charge and all their phone numbers are Ai, even their store number is Ai now i’m having to dispute this and might go through thr headache of getting a new bank card. This gotta be illegal
If you get the monthly service, use your credit card because they’ll continue to take it out of your debit card long after you quit. I don’t trust this place. They took out two charges two days apart. And the phone number they have they never ever answer the phone so don’t waste your time EDIT: just got another text message from Blueway telling me to update my membership because my card number didn’t work.
