Car was damaged (door scratched) using the car wash. They don’t have a phone number to reach their claims dept, only email. I sent an email and no response. If their claims dept is so busy with claims that they can’t respond, makes you wonder about how many claims they must have. Will now have to pay out of pocket and file a claim in JP court. Tanija was really helpful with choosing the perfect plan to have unlimited washes and was very proactive in helping customers out with post wash services.
