I don’t know what happened to this wash, the vacuums are very weak, the air hoses don’t have any pressure. I finished my car at another wash.
I've been a customer for quite sometime, I have a busy schedule, I hardly have time to wash my car. I was denied from washing my car because my exterior of the car was a bit dirty than usual. So what's the point of having a carwash membership if you can't use it... So people if you're car or truck has MUDD due to the weather they will NOT let you wash your car So I cancelled my membership and took my business somewhere else. DO NOT waste your money at Bluewave.
Paying for a membership and not letting you go threw to wash your muddy car . What’s the point of having a membership?
