I cancelled my membership in July and they charged me in August. I have been trying to get a hold of customer service and it takes about 45 minutes for some one to answer. Finally got through. They claimed they submitted the refund request since I had not used their services, I should get refund in 10 business days. Nothing has happened and blue wave does not want to deal with it. Easy quick cleaning well done
I accidentally locked myself out of my car while vacuuming and went to the office to ask for the phone to call a locksmith, Randy was amazing he said they had the tools to help me and within 5 minutes they had my door opened.
