I went for a quick wash for my car and one of the employees was doing his job by selling the membership. His name Ethan or something with the E. I refused the offer more than once. He later said If I only wash my car once a month and started making assumptions. He didn’t seem happy by me refusing the offer in which he later said that he’ll see in the next month when something happens to my car. I work in guest service myself and that’s not the way to approach to customers. His comments were both sarcastic and rude.
Willie was super helpful with getting my car looking good. He is excellent! Thank you!
