Two years in a rowing I have had numerous calls on hold for over45 minutes trying to cancel my service and no one answers the phone. Last year I stopped by the location and cancelled the service and they continued to charge my card. You cant cancel your service because they will not answer the phone. Very poor service.
Armando C. is polite and hardworking. He did the most by refilling my windshield fluid after helping me drying my car. He also noticed the inside of the hood was full of leaves and took his time to clean them out. Still introduced himself, asked if there’s anything else I needed help in, or any improvements for the car wash. Great worker :)
