I went to the Blue Wave on Dove and Bicentennial and for some exceptional service. Sam came up to me and not only helped me with drying off the car, but he explained to me all of their services that they offer for free, like the use of the air spray to clean your engine and the washer fluid refiller. This is the place that I usually come to, but the last two times have been leveled up.
Great customer service, from the office to the guys outside and the car was looking very clean. Armando made sure I had what I needed, helped me clean my car and was very polite. All the employees are always helpful.

Blue Wave Express Car Wash was 100% responsible for damage caused to my mirror during a wash. After a claim was filed, they notified me that they are not liable due to "dry rotting" on the inside. I went to the manager of the site on bicentennial and dove (where the incident happened) and the Manager Sam and another employee confirmed that nothing on the inside resembles rotting of any kind.
