Cuando fui mi carro quedó rallado , sometí un reclamo y me enviaron fotos de Cuanso el Carro ya paso , de desligaron por Completo , pedí la cancelación de el servicio y dejaron de cobrar por dos meses y después me seguían cobrando aunque cancele por teléfono y en persona . Ósea que mi información la seguían usando … Son meses y no responden para regresarme Los cobros, ojalá que respondan ahora . Revisen sus autos , mi auto lo acababa de revisar pues tenía un día con el y prácticamente era el primer servicio .

Went by BlueWave car wash 03-23-25. Just as I started to dry my car, I noticed a young man drying the other side of my car. I later found out his name was Irvin Juarez, he was very helpful and a very pleasant person to talk to. Seems like we carried a conversation for as long as it took to dry my car. We finished and I thanked him for his help. As soon as I left I noticed that he was off to assist another customer. BlueWave should be proud to have an employee like Irvin. Thanks Irvin!
