Jessica has been a great therapist and very supportive through all the situations I am going through. We started dealing with my weight management through hypnosis what was a great exercise going through different times in my life. Then we moved to healing and stress management what has been very effective to manage my stress and anxiety. As a triathlete preparing for my first full Ironman I was already nervous about the swim. It’s my weakest discipline and I had the added bonus of coming back from a traumatic brain injury. Grateful to have had this experience. Hypnotherapy is like a shortcut that gets your subconscious to release the fear or anxiety that talk therapy couldn’t. Jessica was very supportive and attentive to all the information I provided, I felt safe and heard. Definitely recommend.

I highly recommend hypnotherapy with Jessica. I've had three sessions with her and have experienced improvement in my ability to quiet my mind and fall asleep at night, resulting in better sleep quality. She asks great questions to setup hypnosis sessions and delivers excellent guidance into and out of hypnotic trance. I'm grateful for her help.

Jessica is a skilled and empathetic hypnotist.
