Worst experience of my life. 1st I reserved a skid steer For Monday, May 4th. I called them at 8:30 to find out the skid steer was broken mechanically. This is fine I know things happen, But they open at 7 o'clock and I did not receive a phone call regarding the cancellation. This way I could have made other arrangements.
