UPDATE: After seeing this review, the OWNER of the house, NOT the rental company, has given a refund for the day we couldn't get in and the day we went without water. Thank you to the home owner. I suggest you find a better rental company to handle your property. We will NEVER rent from this company again! Bluewater gave us a great Christmas week at The Nautilus house! The home was clean and ready for us, no surprises. I included a heated pool, which we used daily in spite of the weather. Most places won't heat a pool after October, so we were so grateful that they would do this. Management was responsive to every question I had and even sent a maintenance man to help us with the elevator. I cannot say enough good about this company. We had an amazing vacation stay at RandR! The house was absolutely perfect for our large family. Our grandchildren enjoyed the hot tub and pool even though we were staying the week of Thanksgiving as it was 75 degress several days. We had one issue that was resolved quickly - the power flickered one evening along the beach and it knocked out our elevator! A service person came out quickly and resolved the issue. We'll be staying at RandR again!!!
House was great. Beautiful weather. Bluewater staff always nice, professional and respond quickly if I have questions or issues. I have rented from Bluewater for several years. My family has been coming to Emerald Isle in October for over 20 years. I was disappointed on our 2nd day. I got a call around 2:30 pm from one of the staff. The house, located in Atlantic Beach, is just as described in the listing – tastefully and practically furnished, offering plenty of space for a family. We traveled with our children and grandchildren and really appreciated that everyone had their own area and a private retreat. The kitchen is well equipped and provided enough space for us as a family of six. The pool area is clean, and during our stay there were always enough sun loungers available.
